How it works

Whenever the ball is falling toward the flippers the code predicts where and when it arrives. The harness measures its own decision latency and tells the model how long its flip takes to land, with the ball direction, speed and trajectory pre-shifted to that moment; each option says whether the timing is right for that future. The two harnesses alternate ball by ball (odd balls latency-aware, even balls naive; ?lagaware=1 or 0 forces one) and the record keeps score per ball for each, so the comparison accumulates while the wall runs.
